Return & Refund policy

·        Our products, once used, will not qualify for a return/exchange.

·        Your order is only eligible for a return if the product delivered has physical defects or an incorrect item has been shipped to you. To issue a return, please submit your request here. Please make sure you have images of the damage/defect along with your request for us to approve it. Any request without images will be rejected for a return/exchange.

·        If your return request has been accepted, you can either avail a product code for an amount equivalent to the order placed or have it exchanged.

·        A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Following the return of the item, the received item will be inspected before the refund or exchange procedure is started. The refund will be reflected in your account in 6–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please write to us on customercare@balmora.in. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
